Module 1: Introduction

Module 2: Understanding How Your Body Works

This module has 7 lessons where you will learn all about how your body works. We have lessons on the 6 vitals signs, the price we pay for living a masculine lifestyle, the metabolism and thyroid, adrenals and stress hormones, digestion and endotoxin, liver and gallbladder and biofeedback tools.

Module 3: The Menstrual Cycle

This module has 6 lessons on understanding female physiology and the menstrual cycle. The lessons include an introduction to hormones, how the menstrual cycle works, hormone and endocrine disruptors, estrogen dominance and detoxification, progesterone, downsides of birth control and how to naturally track your cycle and cycle syncing.

Module 4: Well-Fed Woman Nutrition

This module consists of 14 lessons on nutrition. We have lessons on reframing your thoughts around food, understanding ingredients and food quality, individual lessons on each macro (protein, carb, and fat), PUFAs, Insulin and blood sugar balance, minerals, bioavailability, the truth about health foods, cruciferous vegetables, plant based diets, grains and gluten, fiber, iron, and eating for different phases of your life.

Module 5: Functional Foods

This module consists of 14 lessons on our favorite functional foods, we dive in deep on why these foods matter for your health. We are not just telling you to eat them we are explaining their purpose and the why. Some of the lessons include diary, organ meats, salt, fish, sugar, coffee and ferments. You will also get a recipe book that includes loads of functional food recipes!

Module 6: Tools for Success

This module consists of 8 lessons on how to build a Wild + Well-Fed lifestyle. The lessons include supplements and herbs, building a plate, meal timing, tracking food and counting macros, meal planning and prepping, Eating out and saving money, weight loss, mindful and intentional eating, and how to transition to a nourishing lifestyle after dieting.

Lesson 7: Building a Wild + Well-Fed Lifestyle

This module consists of 12 lessons about stress, managing stress, trauma and nervous system dysregulation, exercise and movement, sleep, grounding and red light therapy, sunlight and vitamin D, alcohol, technology and EMFs, creating a low tox home, detoxification and lymph, and creating successful routines and habits.

Module 8: And that's a Wrap!

This module is the final wrap up of the course where we go over how to implement everything you learned through phases and a course re-cap.

Module 9: Functional Labs + Working Together

In this module we have 9 lessons dedicated to each functional lab we offer, why we offer it and how it can be helpful on your healing journey! We also go into how you can order labs and work with us after taking the course.

Hey there! 

We are Laura and Annika, the founders of Wild + Well-Fed.

We’ve been friends and business partners for four years. Between the two of us, we’ve worked with hundreds of 1:1 nutrition clients, and helped thousands of women through social media and our communities, group coaching programs, cookbooks, and free resources. 

We’ve seen the problems, we have the solutions, and we want to help.

Between the two of us, we’ve experienced:
